Delivery terms

We offer free standard UK-wide delivery on all orders £35.00 and over.

For standard delivery, we aim to process and dispatch your goods within two business days of placing your order. Next day deliveries will be dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 1pm.

For all orders, this does not include any delay in payment authorisation and verification. Please also take into account weekends and holidays as this will add additional delays to order processing and delivery.

Where there is a delay in the supply of any of the products ordered, we will notify you of this delay. If any of your items cannot be delivered within 30 days, we will advise you of this so you choose whether to cancel your order or agree on a new delivery time.

Please note that your order will be sent to the delivery address submitted when placing your order. Please check it carefully as we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered details.

Please also note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a order confirmation email and a further delivery confirmation email once we have dispatched your order. Where applicable we will include a tracking number and details of the carrier. If you fail to receive either the order confirmation or delivery confirmation, please contact us at

We will deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option you have selected when placing your order. Although we aim to meet and exceed your expectations, please remember that the delivery time scales are indicative only. We will always use reputable carriers to deliver your goods, but regretfully, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third parties.

International Orders

We welcome interest in our products from international customers.

If you are outside the United Kingdom and would like to purchase Amelia Moss products, please contact us by email at so we can give you an estimate of the delivery charges and time. Please note that some countries may charge customs fees and/or import duties and taxes. Although we will choose the best delivery option to minimise these charges, they remain out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you contact your local customs office or tax authority for more information.

Amending or cancelling your order

After placing your order, if you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us via email at as soon as possible quoting your Amelia Moss order number. If your order hasn't been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming changes or cancellations. If your payment hasn't been processed yet, you will not be billed for for cancelled items or orders. If payment has already been processed, you will be refunded the amount for cancelled items.

If after cancelling part of an order, you no longer qualify for free shipping, we will advise you of this and process your payment accordingly.

If your order has already been dispatched for delivery, we regret that we will be unable to amend it or cancel delivery. In such an event, you have up to 14 days from reciept of your order to decide if you would like to cancel your order and inform us accordingly.

Damaged items

If you have received your order in a damaged condition, please retain the product and packaging and contact us immediately so we can replace the damaged items free of charge.

Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason, you are not fully satisfied with the products you have received or wish to exchange or return them, we would like to make this process as easy as possible.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange it, you may do so within 14 days of reciept of your goods. If 14 days have elapsed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only exchange items like for like if they are defective or damaged.

We will gladly refund you fully for the cost of the items & delivery charges if applied. We will even pay for the return postage costs if the return is a result of an error on our part.

If you would like to return any items, please complete our returns form, clearly stating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange and enclose it with your item. Ensure that the returned products are secure in the packaging used. We would recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased by someone and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.
